Chicken Pepper Sticks

My family loves this dish it's get ready in no time thats why i serve these steaks to guests when they arrived sudden. Its pepper sauce ehnaces its taste very much.
Prep time 1hr + 10 min
Cook time 25-30 min
Serves 3-4

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet 1/2 kg
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • H.P sauce 1 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 2 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • For Pepper Sauce:
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Onion 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Brown sauce 1/2 cup
  • Cream 4 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Add chicken, salt, H.P sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ginger garlic paste, mustard paste, lemon juice and oil in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Then marinate for 1 hour and keep in fridge.
  3. Now heat oil in frying pan and fry chicken fillet well.
  4. Delicious chicken fillet is ready.
  5. Dish out and make cuts and serve with black pepper sauce.
  6. For Pepper Sauce: Preheat oil in a pan and fry onion until golden brown.
  7. Then add garlic paste and mix well.
  8. Now add black pepper and brown sauce and cook for a while.
  9. When sauce becomes thicken then do flame off.
  10. Then add cream and mix well.
  11. Pepper sauce is ready.
