Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 1/2 kg
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- H.P sauce 1 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Mustard paste 2 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- For Pepper Sauce:
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Onion 2 tbsp
- Garlic paste 2 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Brown sauce 1/2 cup
- Cream 4 tbsp

Cooking Directions
- Add chicken, salt, H.P sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ginger garlic paste, mustard paste, lemon juice and oil in a bowl and mix well.
- Then marinate for 1 hour and keep in fridge.
- Now heat oil in frying pan and fry chicken fillet well.
- Delicious chicken fillet is ready.
- Dish out and make cuts and serve with black pepper sauce.
- For Pepper Sauce: Preheat oil in a pan and fry onion until golden brown.
- Then add garlic paste and mix well.
- Now add black pepper and brown sauce and cook for a while.
- When sauce becomes thicken then do flame off.
- Then add cream and mix well.
- Pepper sauce is ready.
